At BIRS, we offer two straightforward payment plans in Great British Pounds (£) to provide either the best value or the greatest flexibility for your family. Both plans cover our Core Academic Packages — English, Maths, Science, and Humanities — as well as Single Core Subjects (A La Carte) for a fully customised curriculum.

Our Per-Term Plan is designed for families who prefer flexibility, with fees due in full before the first day of each term (Autumn, Spring, and Summer). This plan does not include the 10% discount offered with the Annual Plan.

Per-Term Plan Conditions

  • •Fees: Payable per term at the standard rate. No discount applies.
  • •Deposit: A one-month refundable security deposit is required upon enrolment, returned at the end of the student’s final term provided all fees are paid.
  • •Enrolment Fee: £100 for new students / £50 for returning students (non-refundable).
  • •Switching: You can switch to the Annual Plan at any time. The 10% discount applies pro-rata; your deposit is credited towards the balance.

A La Carte — Single Subjects

For families not enrolling in a full Core Academic Package, single core subjects are available on the Annual Plan only. The one-month security deposit and enrolment fee are required.
